2 large carrots
1 head of radicchio salad
1 head of Belgian salad
2 celery ribs
Fiore Sardo P.D.O. Cheese flakes
4/5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Wash and clean all the vegetables, and dry them with kitchen towel. In a small serving bowl, mix the extra virgin olive oil, two teaspoons of salt, a pinch of black pepper and the lemon juice together with a fork. Slice the Fiore Sardo cheese into flakes, and set aside. Take a large plate or serving platter and place all the vegetables by type, and lay down the cheese flakes. Place the bowl with the sauce for the crudites at the center of the platter.
