Linguine pasta with lemon, pepper and Pecorino Romano PDO cheese
 
INGREDIENTS (servings 4)

300 g linguine pasta

250 g fresh cream

70 g finely chopped leek

2 organic lemons

parsley

Pecorino Romano PDO cheese

salt, pepper

extra virgin olive oil

natives Olivenöl extra

For 4 people

Wash the lemons, grate the rind of one lemon, squeeze the other lemon and filter the juice.

In a casserole heat a little oil, brown the leek and add the grated lemon rind. Pour the cream and heat the mix. Add a little salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it still firm and put it in the casserole with the lemon-based seasoning. Let the pasta in the casserole, add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and plenty of grated Pecorino Romano PDO cheese.

Sprinkle with parsley, pepper, and decorate with the grated lemon rind of the second lemon and serve immediately.
