  • 6 slices of Pecorino Sardo Dolce PDO cheese
  • acacia honey: as required
  • walnut kernels: as required
  • sliced rustic bread

Preparation time: 5 minutes

For 4 people

Toast the bread in a pan or in a 200°C preheated oven.

Cut Pecorino cheese into slices or wedges, then cook them on a hot grill. When the cheese slices become stringy, put them on the bread. Pour the honey and add the walnut kernels.
